Sevilla Garvick married Henry Bixler on March 20th, 1865, in Carroll County, Maryland, and they were farmers.

Sevilla's parents were Jacob K. (b.1820 d.1872) and Rebecca Walker (b.1825) Garverich; aka Garvick and Gerberich.

Her paternal Grandparents were George Gerberich aka Garvick (#10506632) and Christina Kleinen (#10506644). Headstones read Christena GERBERICH.

Her Greatgrandfather was John Gerberich (#11001926). John and his father Peter both served in the York Co. militia during the Revolutionary War, in Captain Shearer's Company 5 th Battalion. John's name first appears as that of a single man in the assessment lists in 1782, and census of 1790 he is married and living on a farm in Shrewsbury Twp. York Co. PA. This farm was not far from Stelz's Church, where John and his wife are buried.

Sevilla had nine siblings; her brothers were Eli at FAG#17331570, and Jacob Franklin at FAG#10506659.

Sevilla and Henry Bixler children were;

William Henry Bixler, born June 21, 1866, and died on Dec. 22, 1877, at age eleven. William is buried in Manchester, Maryland Cemetery and was their first born son.

Edward Lee Bixler, born May 21, 1868, and died on Aug. 26, 1928 after being struck by an automobile. He was married to Ellen J. Houck, and had 10 Children.
