IN DEATH OF BOY

ELIZABETH - Arden Wood, of Toms River, was to be arraigned today before police Judge James F. Brown on a charge of manslaughter as a result of the fatal injury to Thomas Kohr, 12, in an automobile accident.
The boy was struck at 3:30 p.m. yesterday on route 25 near Maple Ave. by a truck driven by Wood and owned by the Hecht Brothers of Toms River. He died last night at Elizabeth General Hospital. The driver was permitted to return to Toms River.
The boy was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel (David) Kohr.
