Charleston - Mrs. Emma S. Cornwall, 87 years old, of Kansas City, formerly of Charleston, died Wednesday in Kansas City. She was born Jan. 7, 1894, in Newburg.
She had lived in Kansas City for the past 12 years and was a member of the John Knox Kirk Presbyterian Church and the order of the Eastern Star.
She was the widow of Dr. Harrison Cornwall. Surviving is a son, Paul Cornwall, a daughter, Mrs. Ted Beckett; eight grandchildren, and a great-grandson.
Graveside service will be held Monday at the IOOF Cemetery near here with McMikle Funeral Home in charge.
