Edna McMichael Hill, 90, Stanberry, died Saturday, April 23, 1994, at a Lawson health-care center. Born Feb 8, 1904 at Elmo, Mrs Hill was the daughter of the late Charles Wesley and Minnie (Miller) McMichael. She married John Webster Hill Dec 31, 1921 at New Hampton. He died Apr 8, 1986. She lived most of her married life in the Lafayette-Island City communities before moving to Stanberry. Mrs Hill was a homemaker and nurse's aid at the Harmony Hill Nursing Home and Plainview Nursing Home. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stanberry and the Lafayette Community Club. Mrs Hill also was preceded in death by a son, Calvin; a daughter, June m; and a brother, Beldon McMichael. Surviving are a son, Kenneth, King City; a daughter, Darlene Wall, Excelsior Springs; 4 brothers. Services were Apr 26 at the Johnson Funeral Home, Stanberry. Burial was in High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry.
