Bob was born August 17, 1945 in Beaumont, Texas to Elmer and Nora Billingsley. He was a Minister of the Gospel for over 25 years. He loved to be a missionary. He was known in the business world as a Car Dealer. He was a very loving and protecting husband, dad and grandfather.
He is survived be his wife of 38 years, Margaret Billingsley, two sons, Joe and Tony; and two daughters, Michelle and Tena. Ten grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and one brother, Charles Edward Billingsley, and one Sister, Laura Lee Billingsley, both of Texas.
