Wilford Livingston Heugly, 60, supervisor of road crews for the Mountain Fuel Supply co., died Wednesday at work. Death was attributed to a heart attack.
He was born in East Millcreek, Aug. 21, 1891, a son of Joseph and Jane Sharples Heugly. He married Florida Wheat in the Salt Lake Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, July 17, 1913. Mr. Heugly had been an active member of the High Priests Quorum, Evergreen LDS Ward. He had been employed by the Mountain Fuel Supply Co. for more than 17 years.
Survivors include his widow; a son, Leonard Huegly; seven daughters, Mrs. Jane Folsy, Mrs. Edith Pike, Mrs. Bernice Seegmiller, Mrs. Jeneve Samuelson and Mrs. Elaine Eldredge, all of Salt Lake City; Mrs. Jeane Schofield, Boston, and Mrs. Marlene Anderson, Bartlesville, Okla.; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Elizabeth Rank, Mary Susan Wardell and Zina Oliver, Salt Lake City, and two brothers, David and Lorenzo Heugly, Salt Lake City.
