Ralph Q. Rutter, of East Rehobuth, DE, formerly of National Park, NJ, passed away on February 16, 2010 at the age of 80.
Legacy
Prior to retiring in 1992, Ralph was employed at the Philadelphia Naval Ship Yard. He was a resident of National Park until 1992 when they moved to East Rehobuth, DE. He was a member of the Army Navy Garrison and the American Legion. In his spare time, Ralph enjoyed playing shuffleboard, darts and watching NASCAR and stock races. Besides the love of his life, his wife, Mary, Ralph was devoted to his many animals.
