Funeral services for Delbert Lee Martin, 47, who died at the Cookeville General hospital Monday following an extended illness, were held Wednesday afternoon at Whitson Funeral home. Services were conducted by Perry Wilmoth. Burial was in the Crest lawn memorial cemetery.
Mr. Martin, a truck driver, was a resident of Cookeville, Rt. 2, and a native of Putnam county. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are the wife, Mrs. Christine Martin, Cookeville, Rt. 2; nine daughters, Mrs. Joyce Lee Farris, Cookeville, Misses Nora Lou, Marion, Phyllis Paulett, Harmon, Margaret, Lyndia Gail, Patricia and Rebecca Ann Martin, all of Cookeville; mother, Mrs. Jim Farley, Cookeville; a brother, George D. Martin, Panama City, FL; a sister, Mrs. Trivia Millsap, Dayton, OH.
