Mary Jo Mckay Mead was a 1962 graduate of Eisenhower High School in Rialto CA. Since 1998 she has lived in the Highland Historic District, where she was very active in the community. She served as Vice President of the Highland Historical Society and Captain of the Main Street Neighborhood Watch. She was an interior decorator and owner of Morning Glory Designs. She is survived by her son Jeffrey Mead, daughters Stephanie Cummins, Brenda Hatfield and Sherry Mead; her father Glen McKay of Rialto; her brothers James and David and a sisters Suzie Orso and Glenda Brown; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother Mary Catherine McKay and husband Warren 'Jerry' Mead.
