John P. Wilson, 78, died at his home Friday at Swords Creek, Va., following a brief illness.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Eula Chapman, Pottstown, Pa., Mrs. Grace Rowlette, Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Mrs. Helen Lowe, Richlands; two sons, E. B. Wilson, Russell, Ky., and G. A. Wilson, Swords Greek, Va.; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Hubbard, Mrs. Emina Hubbard, Mrs. J. M. Carr and Miss Rose Wilson, all of Honaker, Va. Seven grandchildren also survive.
Funeral services were held Sunday at the residence. Burial followed in the family cemetery.
