Stockwell - Floyd Kerschner, 71, a retired farmer, died unexpectedly in his home one and a half miles northeast of Monroe at 3 a.m. Friday. Born and reared in the home next door to where he died, he spent his life in that community. He was married in 1904 to Lina R. McDole and they celebrated their golden wedding last March,. He was a member of Monroe Evangelical United Brethren church. Surviving with the widow is a daughter, Mrs. Josephine Martin, living at home.
