Died 6:35 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, 1991, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. He was 76, a native of Vixen and resident of Zachary. He was a retired Georgia-Pacific Corp. mill manager, with 18 years service.
Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home, Zachary, 10 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Andy Silman. Burial in Azalea Rest Cemetery.
Survived by wife, Della B. Gregory, Zachary; two daughters, Elaine Freck, Vienna, Va., and Mary Lynn Branton, Cotton Valley; a son, Alan B. Gregory, Lafayette; two sisters, Beatrice Miller and Claudine Williamson, both of Columbia; three brothers, Leo Gregory, Columbia, S.A. Gregory, Fort Worth, Texas, and Garland Gregory, Ruston; and six grandchildren.
He was a member of Plains Presbyterian Church, Zachary, and Zachary Rotary Club. Memorials may be made to Plains Presbyterian Church.
