Norm Wayne Goodwin passed peacefully December 15th, 2010, surrounded by family and loved ones. He will be reunited with his Heavenly Father and his beloved wife, Venice, 5 years separated since her death.

Born and raised in Lehi, Utah, son of Wayne Goodwin and Christie Gray, Norm developed a sincere love for the outdoors and became an avid bowhunter and fisherman. For several years Norm served as Vice President of the Pope & Young Bow and Arrow Assoc. and President of Rocky Mountain Sportsman.

When not hunting he was tending to his immaculate yard, which received an award for its beauty.

Norm was a Veteran of the Korean War. He was a kind man with an open mind and an incredible sense of humor, and he will be missed dearly.

Norm is survived by two sons, Jeff (Jeanie) and Greg Goodwin; his daughter, Mary Lynne (Santiago); stepson, Dennis Ison (Leslie); and many surviving grandchildren.

A celebration of his life will be held at Calvary Chapel, 460 West Century Drive (4350 South) on Monday, Dec. 20th at 11:30am.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah.
