Joseph C. Hasiuk, 72, of Prospect Park, a retired employee of Interboro High School, died Aug. 21 at Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia.
Mr. Hasiuk was born in Philadelphia and lived in Prospect Park for 33 years.
He was a custodian for Interboro High School for about seven years before his retirement. Before that, he was employed at the Curtis Publishing Co. in Sharon Hill for 24 years.
He was an Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of St. Gabriel's Church in Norwood.
He is survived by his wife, Sophie Zbikowski Hasiuk; a son, Joseph; three brothers, Michael, Leon and Thomas Hasiuk; and a sister, Adele Hahm.
Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery.
