Funeral services for Mrs. Zora Ella Pippin Netherton, wife of Vaden Netherton of Cookeivlle, Rt. 4, were held today at 10 a.m. at Hooper and Huddleston Funeral Home. John Allen Chalk and Edward Anderson officiated and burial was in the Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
Mrs. Netherton's death occurred Monday at the Cookeville General Hospital, following an extended illness. She was the daughter of Joe Mack and the late Julia Jackson Pippin and was a member of the Pippin Church of Christ.
Besides her husband and father, she is survived by her stepmother, Mrs. Joe Mack Pippin, of Cookeville, Rt. 4; two sisters, Miss Nora Pippin of Cookeville, Mrs. Opal Ashburn of Dayton, OH; and a brother, Edgbert Pippin of Route 4, Cookeville.
