Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. from the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Interment in Jefferson Cemetery.

JEFFERSON – Mrs. Alice M. Werner Trone, 84, formerly of Jefferson, died at 10 p.m. Friday at Hillview House, Hanover. She was the wife of the late Calvin F. Trone.
Mrs. Trone, born in Codorus Township, was a daughter of the late Ruben H. and Lucy Sterner Werner.
She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Jefferson; the Ladies Auxiliary of Jefferson Fire Co.; and Greenmount United Methodist Sunday School.
Survivors include: Two children, Fred A. Trone, Altoona, and Mrs. Harry N. Forry, Codorus; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Mervin Henry, 52 N. High St., Spring Grove, and three nephews.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock. Her pastor, the Rev. Donald Mummert, will officiate. Burial will be in Jefferson Cemetery.
