Mr. Cardini was born in Brockton, MA, and moved to Lady Lake from Miami Springs in 1999. He was of the Catholic faith; an Army veteran of World War II; member of the Local Carpenter's Union-FOP Miami Springs; enjoyed boating, working with his hands, listening to country music, dancing and socializing.
Survivors include his sons, Tom, Miami Springs, Gary, Floral City; brother, Joseph, Miami Springs; two grandchildren; and companion, Jean Lasser, Lady Lake.
Visitation will be held 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, at Beyers Funeral Home Chapel, Lady Lake. Inurnment will be at a later date in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Citrus County, P.O. Box 641270, Beverly Hills, FL 34464.
