Sarah Lou Dickey,
73, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at Spence Chapel at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Fred Lewis and the Rev. Jim Palmer officiating.
Interment will follow at Mount. Sterling Cemetery with Richard Miller II, Marvin McClung, Terry Cockrum, Jeremy Goldsmith, David Dickey and Jason Goldsmith serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be all of her nephews.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, at West Oaks Funeral Home.

Mrs. Dickey passed away Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2010.

She was born on Dec. 29, 1936, in Lubbock, the daughter of Wesley Marvin and Valerie Bernice (Raynalds) Keelin.

She married Allen Clyde Dickey on June 21, 1956, in Mount Sterling. He preceded her in death in July of 1993.

Mrs. Dickey worked as a parts clerk for New Holland for 20 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include one son Wesley Dickey of Sulphur Springs; two daughters, Brenda Dickey of Sulphur Springs and Kimberly McMahon and husband, Jeff, of Corinth; two grandchildren, Cherry Lynn Lockwood and husband, Joshua, of Sulphur Springs and Joe Allen Dickey and wife, Misti, of Sulphur Springs; and five sisters, Mae Johnson of Haltom City, Glenna Rose McClung and husband, Harvey, of Auburn, Wash., Valeria Lillard and husband, Richard, of Lynchburg, Va., Margaret DeBord and husband, MacKenzie Sotam, of Sulphur Springs, and Mary Miller and husband, Richard, of Commerce.
