Son of James A. Frame and Elizabeth Conwell Frame. Born Oct 1856. Appears to have never married. No children. When his mother, Lizzy, died in 1869, Hugh and his siblings went to live with their grandmother, Eliza (Beatty) Conwell, in Xenia, Green Co, OH. His father, James A. Frame, married a second time to Alice Hunter in 1874. Hugh later returned to Kansas City MO, where he worked as a shoeman until his death. He is buried in the same walled in section (5/51) as his mother in Union Cemetery. There is no gravestone found, but there are several parts of stones remaining that can not be identified.
