Services for Mrs. Lena Bartsch, 85, formerly of 425 W. Washington street, were held Saturday, Nov. 4 at Norris Chapel, Rev. Glenn Schwerdt and Rev. A. J. Munsterman officiating.
Mrs. Bartsch passed away at Bensenville Home for the Aged, where she had been making her home for some time.
Born in West Chicago, June 11, 1882, Mrs. Bartsch was a lifelong resident of this area.
She is survived by a son, Ralph of West Chicago, three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles, and a son, Lt. Clarence Bartsch.
Interment was in Oakwood cemetery.
