Albert Ackley Of Midwest Dies

Albert E. Ackley, long time resident of Midwest, died at his home Friday morning after a lengthy illness.

Born in Kesweick, Ia., April 2, 1876, he lived in Kansas before moving to Weston county in 1895. He was married at Cambria two years later, and moved to Midwest in 1931.

Mr. Ackley was a constable at Midwest for several years, and was a member of Natrona Lodge No. 2, IOOF and of the Encampment.

Mrs. Ackley passed away last June. Survivors are a son, Albert, Jr., and a daughter, Mrs. Jessie Austin, both of Midwest, and daughters Mrs. D. W. Thompson, Corvalis, Ore.; Mrs. Clyde Allen, Four Corners, Wyo.; and Mrs. Fred Del Real, Long Beach, Calif. A brother Carl Ackley, lives in Denver.

There are four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held Monday at the Bustard Funeral Home, with interment at Highland cemetery.
