Carol L. Akstulewicz, age 59, of Neenah, passed away Wednesday, June 2, 2004, at her home. She was born January 26, 1945, in Waukegan, Illinois, daughter of Willie Mae (Wilson) Rider and Lloyd Rider.

Carol was a Neenah area resident most of her life. She was employed for 35 years at Gaarder & Miller (Schenck Business Solutions). Carol loved reading and playing Scrabble.

Survivors include two sons, Kurt (Roxanne), Sheboygan, and Keith, Appleton; a beloved grandson, Nicholas; her mother, Willie Mae Rider, Menasha; a brother, Dan (Kay) Rider, Ridgway, Colorado; also nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father; two sisters; and a brother.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 5, 2004, at 1 p.m. at the Star of Hope Mausoleum Chapel at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the chapel. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park.
