Joyce Harper Frazier, age 96, a resident of Ft. White, Columbia, Florida, died Wednesday, 20 Sept 2006 at Haven Hospice in Gainesville, Florida. She was the daughter of Henry and Emma Harper. She moved to Florida from Tennesse in the late 1960's, living first in Union County and the past 36 years in Ft. White, Columbia, Florida. She is preceded in death by her husband of 79 years, Ruble Frazier, and two sons Hal Frazier of Newport, Tennessee and Charles Frazier of Lake City, Fl. Survivors include three daughters; Thelma Marie Horton of Lake City, FL., Winkey Clevenger of Newport, TN ,and Dianna (Donald) Cook of Ft. White, FL.; three sons, Buck (Becky) Frazier and Ronald (Susan) Frazier of Ft. White, FL and Jimmy (Pat) Frazier of High Springs, FL. Twenty (20) grandchildren, twenty-three (23) great grandchildren, and nine (9) great-great grandchildren also survive.
