Charlie was a son to Nan Burkett Beall and the late A. M. Beall. He lived in Fitzgerald most of his life, graduating from Fitzgerald High School in 1970. Mr. Beall worked for Elixir Industries as sales manager of division 24 & 25 and was a former employee of SCL Railroad. He was a member of First Baptist Church and the Sportsman Sunday School Class. Mr. Beall served in the Georgia National Guard. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the Turkey Pen Hunting Club.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Hunter Beall of Fitzgerald; mother: Nan Burkett Beall of Fitzgerald; children: Brent M. (Seri) Beall and Brad R. (Kate) Beall all of Athens, Courtnie (Dwain) Parrish of Fitzgerald and Beth (Travis) Luke of Wilcox County; grandchildren: Bryce Beall, Ryan Beall, Matthew Beall, Emma Beall, Kade Parrish and Emily Parrish; brother: Roy (Kris) Beall of Jasper, AL; sister: Ann Bennaman of Fayetteville, as well as several nieces and nephews. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, John Bennaman.

The family suggests that memorials may be made to Blue-Gray Community Hospice, P.O. Box 1447, Fitzgerald, First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 367, Fitzgerald, GA 31750 or to the Caring Bridge, Donation Processing Center, P.O. Box 6032, Albert Lea, MN 56007-6632.
