Survivors: John Strong is survived by 2 sons, Bobby (Sandy) Poe of Cliffwood Beach, N.J., & John Alvin Poe of Kinsley, KS, 1 daughter, Julie Pauline (Don) McKee of Chouteau, OK, 1 stepson, Rex Kirby of Salesville, AR, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great -great grandson, and 1 brother Howard Strong of Drumright, OK.

Preceded in Death by: Parents, step father- Harry Vinson, 1 brother, Delbert and 1 sister, Doris.

Visitation: 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, September 10, 2007 at the Kirby & Family Funeral & Cremation Service

Funeral: 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at Galatia Assembly of God in Norfork

Burial: Martin Springs Cemetery in Norfork.
