Dorothy M. Brouillet, 68, of St. Anne, died Sunday (Oct. 10, 1999) at her home.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Kankakee, where she was a member, by the Rev. Charles Wheeler.

Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Bourbonnais.
Memorials may be made to Riverside Oncology Department or to Hospice of Kankakee Valley.

She was born July 19, 1931, in Kankakee, the daughter of Gilbert H. and Constance St. Germaine Wheeler. Her parents are deceased.

Surviving are her husband, W. Vearl Brouillet, whom she married Aug. 28, 1948, in Kankakee, at St. Rose of Lima Church; six sons and five daughters-in-law, Bill and Caron Brouillet, Pat and Jane Brouillet, all of Kankakee, Paul and Donna Brouillet of Bloomington, Mike and Chris Brouillet of Chebanse, Tim Brouillet of Mazon, and Dan and Cheryl Brouillet of Gurnee; six daughters and sons-in-law, Susan and Bob Evans of Bristol, Tenn., Connie and Joe Harrington of Chebanse, Kelly and Scott Styck, Heidi and Matt Bisaillon, all of Kankakee, Sandy and Ed Rocha of Roselle, and Jan and Steve Migala of Tinley Park; five sisters and three brothers-in- law, Connie Denault of Kankakee, Jackie and Carson Cross of Bonfield, Barbara and Maynard Denault of Kankakee, Rosemary and Dan Babinski of Bradley, and Linda Patterson of Belleville; two sisters-in- law, Margorie Wheeler and Mary Turngren; two brothers and sisters- in-law, Gilbert E. and Ann Wheeler, and Ted and Lois Wheeler, all of Kankakee; 32 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Deceased are two brothers, Richard and David Wheeler; two nieces and four nephews.

Mrs. Brouillet retired from V and D Industries in 1993.
She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, needlework, and playing cards.
