 Funeral for Jack Diamond, 76, who had lived in Coleman County since 1939, was to be at 2 p.m. today in Stevens Funeral Home with the Rev. Ed Bingham, pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating. Burial was to be in Coleman City Cemetery. Mr. Diamond, a retired carpenter and rodeo performer, died at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday in Overall-Morris Memorial Hospital.


Born April 23,1895 at Pawnee, Oklahoma, he married Mildred Lucille Johnson Sept. 2,1939 at Ballinger and was a Baptist.


Survivors include his wife; three brothers, Archie Holliman of Trenton, Arlie Holliman of Mingus and Cecil Chisum of San Luis Obispo, one sister, Mrs, Frances Wright of De Barry, two nephews and one niece.
