Lillian I. Bausher, 91, formerly of Strausstown, died June 23 at 11 p.m. in Laurel Center Genesis Elder Care, Tilden Township, where she had been a resident for more than two years.
Her husband, George W. Bausher, died Dec. 5, 1985.
Born in Tilden Township, she was a daughter of the late Emanuel M. and Daisy M. (Adams) Berger.
Bausher had been employed as a knitter by J.E. Morgan Knitting Mills, Strausstown and Hometown, Schuylkill County, until her retirement.
She was a member of Zion (Blue Mountain) United Church of Christ, Strausstown.
Bausher is survived by a son, Russell G., Perry Township; and four daughters: Janice I. (Bausher) Blatt, with whom she last resided; Linda R. Bausher, Muhlenberg Township; Kay E. (Bausher) Hayes, Fairview Township, York County; and Donna L. (Bausher) Unger, Robesonia.
There are also 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Leibensperger Funeral Homes Inc., Hamburg. Burial will be in Strausstown Union Cemetery.
