Catherine Weber was born on May 16, 1861, in Kieler, Wisconsin to parents Johann Joseph and Katherine Elizabeth Kulle Wiederholt.

On Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1886, Catherine married Joseph John Wiederholt at St. Joseph Catholic Church at Sinsinawa Mounds, Wisconsin.

After their marriage they lived for one year in Dubuque, Iowa. They then moved on a farm near Fairplay, Wisconsin. In 1908 Catherine and Joseph moved their growing family to Lisbon, North Dakota where they farmed until 1928. They auctioned off their farm and equipment and then retired to the city of Lisbon.

On November 25, 1936 Catherine and Joseph celebrated their 50th anniversay with a Jubilee Mass and the renewing of their wedding vows.

Catherine passed away on Nobember 12, 1941 at the age of 80 years old. Rites were performed by her son, Rev. Father Vincent Wiederholt. A Solemn High Mass was celebrated with Rev. George Mehok, of Hope as deacon; Rev. Thomas Hendrickson of Fargo as sub-deacon; and Rev. Charles Veach of Fargo as master of ceremonies.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, and her 11 children.

Interment followed at Saint Aloysius Catholic Cemetery.
