Charles DesNoyers
Charles Henry DesNoyers, 69, of Bloomingdale, died Thursday at his home after a long illness.
The Chatham County native was a member of Alpha United Methodist Church in Bloomingdale and was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War Ii. He was a member of Richard T. Turner Masonic Lodge 116, F&AM at Pooler.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ellena Banks DesNoyers of Bloomingdale; a daughter, Mrs. Eddie Thompson of Bloomingdale; a brother Harold L. DesNoyers of Bloomingdale; a sister, Mrs. W. H. Iler of Bloomingdale; two grandchildren and a niece.
Funeral services will be held today at 4:30 p.m. at Alpha United Methodist Church, with burial in the Douglas Cemetery.
Terry C. Massey Funeral Home is in charge.

Funeral Services for Mr. DesNoyers will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at Alpha United Methodist Church with Reverend Madison Morgan officiating.
Interment will follow in Douglas Cemetery with military honors.
Graveside services will be conducted by Richard T. Turner Lodge No. 116 F.& A.M.'s
Active pallbearers will be Don Linderman, Ike Kennedy, J. B. Donaldson, Frank Tuttle, Austin Aaron, Hartridge Lynch, Alvin Patrick, and Vernon Patrick.
Mr. DesNoyers will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service.
Terry c. Massey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
