OBITUARY
Funeral services for William Otis CLINE, 68, a Hemphill County commissioner, were held July 13, 1970 at the First Baptist Church.
The Rev. Troy Nolans, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the Canadian Cemetery by Stickley Funeral Home.
Mr. CLINE died Saturday, July 11, in the Hemphill County Hospital.
He had served as commissioner for Precinct 1 for about seven years. Prior to being elected to the county post, he was a City Commissioner.
Survivors include his wife, Jesse; and a sister, Mrs. Hazel GILSTRAP of Neosho, Missouri.
