Born June 23, 1869, in Denmark, she was married there to Martin Christian Jensen in 1895. They came to this country in 1900, living first in Ogden, Iowa, and then at Britt, Iowa. Her husband died several years ago.
She was the mother of nine children. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Christina Anderson, Lake Mills; Mrs. Louise Seifert, Britt; Mrs. Henery (Elizabeth) Crowell, Cleveland, Texas; three sons, Harold A., Britt; Raymond, Britt; and Clarence, Lawson, Mo; 23 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and a brother, John C. Christensen, Ogden.
