Lee R. Risher Passes Away
Lee R. Fisher, 71, a farmer living northwest of town for 20 years, died in his home December 14, 1950. He had been in failing health for several years. Born at Watseka, Ill., he came to this community from there. He married Nellie K. Cheever at Watseka in 1904. He was a member of the Methodist church.
Survivors besides the widow are four sons and three daughters, Mrs. Florence Peters and Earl Fisher, Logansport; Mrs. Gladys Butters, Watseka; Lee Flolyd Fisher, Griffith; Mrs. Dorothy Rieley, Chicago Heights; Charles Fisher, Watseka; and William Fisher, Paxton, Ill.
Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at the Howard Funeral Home, Rev. Donald F. McMahan officiating. Burial in Remington cemetery.
