He married Norma Ethel Kennedy 09/03/1935 Dade Co., MO. They had four children: Constance Joyce "Connie" Record, Marjorie Lea "Marge" Bossing, Charles Clayton and Norma Jean Hubler. After Norma died in 1945 Milford married Mary Louetta "Marietta" Garrison Hawkins 11/01/1946. Marietta had a son, David Parker Hawkins. Milford and Marietta had the following children: Loren Dale, Judy Kay Templeton, Charles Milford (lived 1 day), Marion Lee and Nina Kathleen "Kathy" Lambeth.
