Thomas Beauregard Bryan Sr., 75, retired Georgia lumberman who has made his home in Palatka for eighteen months, occupying a new residence at Madison and Second streets, passed away last night at his home following a brief illness.

Funeral services will be conducted from the residence tomorrow at 3 p.m., with the Rev. H. A. Spencer, pastor of St. James Methodist church and the Rev. T. W. Tayloe, rector of St. Mark's Episcopal church, officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill East Cemetery.

The deceased was born in Brunswick, Ga., May 5, 1861, the son of Maj. James Madison Bryan and Levinia Lyles Bryan, both members of prominent pioneer families of Glenn County, Georgia. He was married December 28, 1893, to Miss Demaris Dyal, of Haselhurst, Ga., who survives him.

Surviving children are Mrs. J. E. Thornton, Palatka; H. A. Bryan, West Palm Beach, a son of a former marriage: Thomas B. Bryan, Greensboro, N.C.,; W. J. Bryan, Jefferson City, Tenn.; W. L. Bryan, Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. W. A. Goethe, Palatka and Mrs. Jack Holts, Atlanta, Ga. Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.
W. Carl Davis and Son are in charge of funeral arrangements.
