Frankie Nell {Allison} Cochran, 89, of Sylva, died unexpectedly Friday, March 27, 2009, at Harris Regional Hospital following a short illness.
Services were held at 3 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2009 at Greens Creek Baptist Church, with the Rev. Thomas Lavin Jr. officiating.
A native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Wesley Allison and Cora Belle {Greene} Allison. She was retired from Buster Brown Manufacturing (Skyland Textile plant) as an inspector.
She was the wife of George W Cochran. They made their home in the Greens Creek Community of Jackson County.
Moody Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Frankie was laid to rest next to her husband, George.
