A native and lifelong resident of Jackson County, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Wesley Allison and Cora Belle {Greene} Allison. She was retired from Buster Brown Manufacturing (Skyland Textile plant) as an inspector.
She was the wife of George W Cochran. They made their home in the Greens Creek Community of Jackson County.
Moody Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Frankie was laid to rest next to her husband, George.
