Graveside services were held Friday, Nov. 19, at Maplewood Cemetery with James Merrett officiating. Burial was in Maplewood Cemetery. Bennett May Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
A native of Giles County, Mrs. Cole was the daughter of Levi P. and Eunice Adams Davenport and was married to the late Thomas W. Cole. She was a member of the Church of Christ and was a housewife.
Survivors include two sons, George W. Cole of Nashville, Clarence Reed Cole of Athens, Ala, one daughter, Mrs. Mary Anna Campbell of Mayfield, Ky; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
