DEATHS--Mrs. Eugene Simmerer
Mrs. Wilhelmine Simmerer, 90, formerly of 705 Oswego St., widow of Eugene Simmerer, died yesterday in the Masonic Home Hospital.
She was born in Utica and attended local schools. She was married to Mr. Simmerer in 1892 in the First Moravian Church. The ceremony was the first celebrated in that church. Mr. Simmerer died in 1948.
Mrs. Simmerer was a member of the First Moravian Church and was a past president of its Ladies Aid Society. She also was a Sunday School instructor.
She leaves two sons, Harold E. Simmerer, Shrewesbury, Mass: and William A. Simmerer, Utica: and a sister, Miss Katherine Wendt, Utica.
The furneral will be at 10 Saturday from the Harry S. Gordon Inc. Funeral Home with the Rev. George Beidleman, pastor of the First Moravian Church officiating. Burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
Calling hours are from 7 to 9 tonight and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow.
