She died at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Fontana, having been born in Provo, Arkansas, but lived in San Bernardino for 50 years, 42 of those years as a homemaker. She was survived by her husband, Floyd, two sons, Jeffrey of Fontana and Brian of Riverside, her mother, Addie Abney of Highland, her brother, Cecil Abney of San Bernardino, and two sisters, Shirley De Mio and Bobbie Rice.
