Funeral services will be conducted at the Cannons Camp Ground church at 12 o'clock today. Interment will be made in the churchyard.
He was an active citizen in his community. He has many friends throughout the county who will mourn at his passing.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Electra Bryant Scott and ten children; Mrs. H.R. Fitzgerald, G. B. Scott, Mrs. Emma West, Miss Lila Scott, J. C. Scott, Joel Scott, Wade A. Scott, Samuel Scott, and Misses Millie and Ouida Scott. The following brothers, S. A. Scott, of Union; R. W. Scott, of Jonesville, and M. M. Scott of Shelton, and one sister, Mrs. J. N. Gallman of Union also survives.
