She was married in Northwood, IA on August 7, 1937 to Clarence Larson. They lived in Albert Lee, MN for several years where she worked at the Ideal Restaurant and Canton Cafe. They moved to Portland, OR and Cleora worked in the shipyards during World War II as a welder on a large ship named Swan Island. They returned to the Rice Lake area and farmed on the Swede Road in Stanfold Township for 12 years. After retiring from farming, Cleora worked at Moore's Onion Factory for 18 years, never missed a day of work, and retired in 1983. She stayed on the farm until 1989 when she moved to Nunn Ave in Rice Lake. Cleora was a member of Trinity Lutheran of Rice Lake.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence in 1972.
She is survived by 1 sister, Laura Amans of Moville, IA, her long-time friends Shirley and Jerry Olson of Rice Lake, and several nieces and nephews.
Private family graveside services will be held at Nora Cemetery.
