LOUIS BOERGER DEAD
DECATUR, Ind. June 28 --Louis Boerger, 59 years old, and a farmer living in Allen County, just across the Adams County line, died this morning at 11 o'clock of a complication of diseases. He is survived by three children.

In accordance with the provisions of the last will and
testament of the late Louis Boerger, the decedent bequeaths
to his son, Martin J. Boerger, a 180-acre farm. The son is
required to pay Pauline Schere and Emma Passe, $800 each.
The son is named executor of the document.
