Ruby c. Woodruff, 62, of Oroville died Friday in Medical Center Hospital. Mrs. Woodruff was born Nov. 2, 1920, in Selma. She was a nurses' aide at Gilmore lane Convalescent Hospital for 12 years and prior to that worked at the cannery. Surviving are two sons Wayne G. Woodruff of Oroville and Bruce S. Woodruff, serving with the u.s. Marines in Lennon, Mo.; two daughters, ---- of Oroville, and ---- of Reed, Mo; her mother, Lola Effie White of Fresno; two brothers, Phillip White of Reno, Nev., and Harvey White of Fremont; a sister Bernice Becker of Washougal, Wash., Thirty-one grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren. And numerous nieces and nephews also survive. A son, Paul Daniel Woodruff, Preceded her in death in 1967. Friends may call tomorrow and Wednesday from 8a.m. to 5p.m. at Oroville funeral Home, where arrangements are pending.
