Mrs. Flanders Dies at Age 71.  Mrs. Frances Althia Flanders, 71, of 1900 LeTart St., died Monday at the Parkview Nursing Home.  Born Nov. 10, 1894 in Holton, Mrs. Flanders spent her life here.  Formerly Frances A. Syers, she was married to Ray E. Flanders here April 4, 1936.  Mr. Flanders died in 1960.  She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Fred Piatt of Muskegon; two brothers, Bert and Roy Syers, both of Twin Lake, and Mrs. Stanley Betka of Scottville; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. 
FLANDERS, MRS. FRANCES ALTHIA, 1900 LeTart Ave.  Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Flanders will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Lee Funeral Home, the Rev. Carl B. Strange, Pastor of Wood Avenue Methodist Church, officiating.  Mrs. Flanders will be laid to rest in Fruitland Twp. Cemetery.
