Funeral services for Clarence H. Price, Jr., 45, who was killed in an accident in Laurel, Miss., Tuesday, April 18, will be held in Southern Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Friday. The remains will arrive in Winnfield Thursday following church services in Laurel at 10 a.m., that day.

Burial will be in a Winnfield area cemetery, to be announced later.

Born and reared in Winnfield, Mr. Price joined the Navy at an early age and received his high school diploma from the Navy. He was Field Superintendent for Haliburton Cementing Company and a member of a Baptist church in Laurel.

Surviving are his wife, the former Bennie Stewart of the Hudson Community, and two sons, Michael and Perry, all of Laurel; his mother, Mrs. C. H. Price, Sr., of Winnfield; one sister, Marlene VanDewerker of Spokane, Washington; one brother, Jerry D. Price of Castor, La.
