Born in New York, she was a retired secretary for Willowwood Presbyterian Church with 40 years of service. She was a founding member of Willowwood Presbyterian where she was a commissioner of the Presbytery and an elder of the church.
The widow of Charles C. Frasier, Mrs. Frasier is survived by her daughter, Karen Frasier of Manassas, Va.; her son, Charles Frasier of San Diego, Calif.; a sister, Elizabeth Jones of Norfolk; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Willowwood Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Frank E. Drake. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the church. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling arrangements.
