He married Mary Susan Simons on December 4, 1861 in Texana, Jackson Co, TX. He was a Methodist Minister. They moved to Beeville, Bee Co, TX about 1865, San Marcos, Hays Co, TX about 1872, and finally to Uvalde Co, TX about 1882. Orceneth and Susan were the parents of: Fanny Fisher (Simpson) b: 2 Feb 1863, Sterling Fisher b: 24 Sep 1864, Judith Fisher (Harper) b: 4 Nov 1866, Annalee Fisher (Fly) b: 7 Feb 1869, George Travis Fisher b: 23 Mar 1871, Jesse Woods Fisher b: 23 May 1873, William Harper Fisher b: 12 Apr 1875, Elizabeth Simons Fisher (Wentworth) b: 18 Nov 1877, Flora Ella Fisher (Harper) b: 5 Aug 1880, Thomas Asbury Fisher b: 18 Mar 1883, and Carrie Kone Fisher (Laughter) b: 3 May 1885.
