* James Robert Barnhart Jr., age 42, of Kansas City, Missouri formerly of Neodesha, Kansas died Tuesday, April 6, 2004 at his home. James was born March 7, 1962 in Neodesha, Kansas to James Robert Barnhart Sr. and Patricia Ann (Nichols) Barnhart. James grew up in Neodesha, Kansas and attended the Neodesha School System. On October 29, 1987 James married Charity B. Caple in Newton, Kansas and they made their home in Joplin, Missouri. They were later divorced. James then moved to Kansas City, Missouri and worked at Chubbies Restaurant. He attended the Lords Chapel in Neodesha, Kansas. Survivors include his father James Barnhart Sr. of Altoona, Kansas; his mother Patricia Studebaker of Neodesha, Kansas; two Children, Cyle Barnhart and Brittany Barnhart of Joplin, Missouri; two brothers Amos Barnhart of Liberal, Missouri and David Barnhart of Joplin, Missouri; one sister Katherin Barks of Tyro, Kansas. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 13, 2004 at the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home with Dave Cheshier officiaiting. Cremation will take place after services. Visitation hours will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 11, 2004 and from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 12, 2004 and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday with the family receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Loran Fawcett Funeral Home.
