Gudhardt Funeral Rite in Clinton Thursday
Clinton, Ia. - (Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. John Guthardt, 64, Princeton, who died at 12:30 p.m. Monday in Jane Lamb hospital here, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in the Shadduck funeral home here. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
Mrs. Guthardt was born in Lyons, Oct. 23, 1887, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Herrmann, and was married Dec. 15, 1909. The couple lived in Teeds Grove, when the moved to Princeton.
Surviving are her husband, a son Marvin in Princeton, three grandchildren, six sisters. Mrs. Helvig Nielson, Mrs. Fred Loehndorf, Mrs. Alma Carlson and Mrs. Arved Carlson, Clinton; Mrs. Theresa Schepler, Sabula, and Mrs. Elsie Smith, El Monte, Calif.; and seven brothers, William and Marvin Herrmann, Clinton, Louis, Rudolph and Albert, Rockford, Ill., Theodore, Yuma, Ariz., and Henry, Daphne, Ala.
She was a member of Salem Lutheran church at Princeton and of the Rebekah lodge there.
