COPEN - Anna Lucille Sprouse Prunty Wine, 73, of Copen, Braxton County, died Sept. 17, 1997, in Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital, Weston, after a short illness.
She was the daughter of Tom and Mary Sprouse.
She was a homemaker and a member of Providence Baptist Church.
Surviving: husband, Melvin P Wine; sons, Albert Prunty of Copen, Eugene Prunty of Ripley; daughters, Connie Fisher of Sebring, Ohio, Dianna Marks of Orrville, Ohio; 10 stepchildren; sisters, Betty McClain of Akron, Ohio, Nina Derita of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; brother, Earl Sprouse of Glenville; 19 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Providence Baptist Church. Burial will be in Copen Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Stockert-Gibson Funeral Home, Flatwoods, and one hour prior to service at the church.
